During your first visit, Dr. Gilman will perform a detailed assessment of your posture, movement, and areas of pain. We’ll take time to review your health history, understand your goals, and begin personalized chiropractic care, which may include manual therapy, spinal adjustments, and corrective exercises. You’ll also receive a custom treatment plan designed to support natural healing, long-term pain relief, and improved mobility.

No. While spinal adjustments are a core part of chiropractic care, we also treat shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, elbows, wrists, and other joints. Our approach includes soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation exercises, and mobility work to improve overall movement patterns.

This depends on your condition and goals. Acute injuries may resolve in just a few visits, while chronic issues require progressive care and strengthening to prevent recurrence. We always aim to get you better as quickly as possible and provide mobility exercises to maintain progress.
No single treatment plan is exactly the same. Our treatment plans are customized to resolve your specific issues. Usually between 6 and 12 visits spread out with 2-3 visits per week max.
